A cautious optimism in the financial market of Dubai continued to rise on the second day in a row on Thursday. The index of companies in the market rose by 0.3% to 3,578.20, with a correction at 3,500 for the second consecutive session.
In the structure of this market, shares of 23 companies rose, while 10 decreased. The total transaction volume increased to 265 million dirhams. Shares of Dubai Islamic Bank were among the leaders in the increase, rising by 1.7%, while shares of Emirates NBD fell by 0.9%.
"We managed to see quite a resilient market over the past few days," said an analyst from Mena Corp Financial Services.
