In the first quarter of 2025, Emaar launched 12 projects across the entire master plan, further reinforcing its leadership in the market and creating a foundation for sustainable future growth. Thanks to record sales during this period, the volume of orders for services reached approximately 100.1 billion AED (27.3 billion USD) as of March 31, 2025, which represents an increase of 52% compared to the first quarter of 2024 and indicates a substantial increase in revenue in the coming years.

Emaar Development's revenue in the first quarter of 2025 amounted to 5 billion AED (1.4 billion USD), which is 43% higher than the results of the first quarter of 2024. The net profit (before tax) of the company amounted to 2.8 billion AED (753 million USD), increasing by 49% compared to Q1 2024.

Emaar Development's profit increased by 43% to 5 billion AED (1.4 billion USD), EBITDA grew by 48% to 2.5 billion AED (683 million USD) with an EBITDA margin of 50%. The net profit before tax increased by 49% to 2.8 billion AED (753 million USD), with a net margin of 55%.

Emaar Development PJSC, a leading real estate company in the UAE, specializes in construction with a subsequent sale of property, and its subsidiary Emaar Properties PJSC achieved significant success in the first quarter of 2025, demonstrating its commitment to operational efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key points of the results include a sales growth of Emaar Development amounting to 16.5 billion AED (4.5 billion USD), which is 28% higher than sales of 12.9 billion AED (3.5 billion USD) for the first quarter of 2024.
