The British Ministry of Finance Rivee revealed the unprecedented possibility of reaching an agreement on trade cooperation with the Gulf states of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) after a series of negotiations in Saudi Arabia. Rivee checked in Riyadh that it was "just necessary to be productive, not just possible", and moved to a quick signing of the agreement. In this regard, the path was opened for the conclusion of economic agreements with the UK, including investments in energy, technology, and infrastructure. "We are on the right path, and I am convinced that joint efforts will lead to an outstanding result," said Rivee, who was speaking at a strategic conference for both sides. She also noted that British authorities intend to discuss issues related to regulating the flow of goods and investment flows. Negotiators completed the context of modern international London relations after leaving the EU. The GCC countries, which include Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and others, view Britain as key partners in diversifying trade and investment ties.
