Dubai Industrial City, part of TECOM Group, has announced the signing of an agreement with Legend Holding Group. Under the agreement, Legend will invest 300 million dirhams to establish an integrated center for mobility and green energy solutions. The center will span over one million square feet and is set to commence operations in 2027.
