Dubai World Trade Centre has announced the final phase of the first stage of its expansion project at the Expo site. This will enable the centre to host the world's leading exhibitions and major events from early 2026. The expansion will increase the total exhibition space to 140,000 square meters, including 64,000 sq. m of permanent exhibition space and 30,000 sq. m of temporary halls and pavilions. This will enhance the centre's capacity to 50,000 visitors per day. The centre is set to host two major global events: Gulfood Global and the World Health Exhibition and Conference. This move reaffirms the centre's commitment to hosting premier global events.
