The Dubai Media Academy, part of Dubai Media Corporation, concluded its 'Trainee Training' program, a key initiative aimed at preparing professional trainers to design and implement high-quality training programs. This will enhance the efficiency of national cadres and develop the skills of specialized media professionals across various fields within the corporation. The program, presented by corporate transformation expert Waam Al-Hashimi and AI engineer Engin Aslan Jalal, saw the participation of over 32 employees from various departments and media specializations over three days. The sessions focused on enhancing participants' skills in modern training methods and creative content development, enabling them to perform their future role as certified trainers at the Dubai Media Academy.
