This growth is driven by the significant expansion in mid-range and premium residential projects, and the increasing focus of developers on design excellence as a strategic element to attract customers and enhance project value. Sagan explained that data from Statista indicates that the size of the real estate market in the UAE is expected to reach $693 billion.
