«مِراس», a subsidiary of «دبي القابضة للعقارات», has announced the launch of two new phases, «كريستلين 4» and «كريستلين 5», as part of the «سيتي ووك كريستلين» project. This will add 360 new luxury residential units to the «سيتي ووك» area, enhancing its status as one of Dubai's most prominent modern urban neighborhoods. According to a statement issued yesterday, each phase consists of two mid-rise towers surrounded by gardens and fountains, with open views of Dubai's skyline. «كريستلين 4» will feature 201 residential units, while «كريستلين 5» will offer a total of 159 homes, including a range of apartments with one to four bedrooms, as well as double-height units and four-bedroom duplexes with private terraces. Khalid Al Malik, CEO of «دبي القابضة للعقارات», stated: «Both «كريستلين 4» and «كريستلين 5» represent a significant step in the ongoing development of the «سيتي ووك» area, reinforcing its position as one of Dubai's most vibrant modern neighborhoods with a unique architectural character».
