Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) explored ways to enhance cooperation with Italy in areas of mutual interest, particularly in sustainability, clean energy, innovation, and initiatives that align with the UAE's sustainability goals and Italian innovations in renewable energy technologies. This was discussed during a meeting between DEWA's Managing Director and CEO, Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, the Italian Ambassador to the UAE, Lorenzo Fanara, and the Italian Consul General in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Eduardo Napoli. Al Tayer affirmed during the meeting that the Authority is keen on cooperation and welcomes Italian companies and international partners to exchange expertise, encourage innovation, and leverage best practices and modern technologies.
