«Miras», a subsidiary of «Dubai Holding Real Estate», has awarded a contract worth AED 340 million to «Al Sahhal Contracting Company» to develop the «Ravi» project within the «Jumeirah Living City» complex, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2027. The project includes three 10-story residential buildings, comprising a total of 244 luxury apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, and a four-bedroom penthouse. According to a statement released yesterday, this marks an extension of the long-standing partnership between «Miras» and «Al Sahhal Contracting Company», which is nearing completion of the fifth phase of the «Jumeirah Living City» complex following the successful delivery of the first four phases. Khalid Al Malik, CEO of «Dubai Holding Real Estate», stated: «The Ravi project represents the latest phase in the development of the Jumeirah Living City complex, which is one of Dubai's preferred destinations. This project embodies the city's ambition to develop exceptional residences that offer residents comfort and combine elegant design with a vibrant community spirit». In turn, Eng. Mostafa Hassan, General Manager of «Al Sahhal Contracting Company», said: «We are proud to renew our partnership with Miras to deliver the Ravi project. This contract reaffirms the significant trust that Al Sahhal enjoys in delivering world-class projects that reflect the architectural vision of the city of Dubai».
