«Palma Development» has appointed «Khan Saheb Civil Engineering» with a construction contract valued at AED 760 million to undertake the structural works for the «West Residence» tower, a 46-storey building, as part of the first phase of the «Serenea District» project on Jumeirah Islands. «Serenea District» is a fully integrated residential community valued at AED 5 billion, featuring six meticulously designed towers around six distinct lifestyle districts, including the «Serenea Signature Club», a health and social hub, sports and activity spaces, a family oasis, a nature exploration zone, and a wellness retreat. «West Residence» is the first tower in this project, offering 411 apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms, in addition to two penthouses.
