FlyDubai and Amazon Web Services have announced a new collaboration aimed at developing FlyDubai's digital capabilities and enhancing its customers' experience through cloud computing and artificial intelligence services. This cooperation will establish a framework to support FlyDubai through organized innovative projects, focusing on key areas including generative AI for flight operations, data analytics, machine learning, and improving the customer experience. The signing ceremony was attended by Mohamed Al Hammadi, Executive Vice President of Digital at FlyDubai, and Werner Vogels, CTO of Amazon.
