The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority has been named the first cultural entity in the UAE to receive the prestigious 2025 'Best Workplace' certification from Great Place to Work, recognizing its commitment to an innovative and supportive work environment.

The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority announced that it has received the 'Best Workplace' accreditation for 2025, awarded by the global American organization (Great Place to Work), making it the first cultural entity in the United Arab Emirates to achieve this global ranking, marking a new addition to its record of successes. 'Dubai Culture' earned this certification by achieving remarkable results and high scores across all axes of the comprehensive and independent evaluation conducted by the global organization to measure employee satisfaction and engagement with the work environment, following a scientific methodology and strict criteria that include pride and corporate belonging, effectiveness of internal communication, team spirit, well-being, work-life balance, in addition to the high quality of services provided and attention to occupational health and safety, which contributed to placing the Authority among the best workplaces in the country. Mansoor Al Mehairi, Executive Director of the Corporate Empowerment Sector and CEO of Artificial Intelligence at 'Dubai Culture', confirmed the Authority's commitment to providing a suitable work environment capable of empowering its employees, developing their skills and potential, nurturing their talents, and encouraging them to express their ideas and opinions, which enhances the position of 'Dubai Culture' and its efforts to activate and lead the cultural movement in Dubai. He said: 'Obtaining this accreditation represents a significant milestone in the Authority's journey towards achieving excellence and leadership, and enhancing its competitiveness in the local market, as we continuously work on developing our departments and organizational units, and providing a positive and inspiring work environment for our team, driven by our commitment to achieving Dubai's aspirations and the vision of our wise leadership, which has always believed in the importance of investing in local talents and competencies, opening up horizons for them, and motivating them to work as one team to achieve further success.' In turn, Mohammed Obaid Al Marri, Head of Human Resources at 'Dubai Culture', stated that this achievement highlights the Authority's efforts in building a work environment based on trust, empowerment, and corporate excellence.
