Ben Ghali Real Estate Company announced the renewal of its cooperation with the Mercedes-Benz brand by launching the 'Mercedes-Benz Residences – Ben Ghali City' project, which will be the first comprehensive urban project in the company's history, valued at 30 billion dirhams. Engineer Mohammed Ben Ghali, Chairman of the Board of Directors, confirmed that renewing the cooperation with Mercedes-Benz reflects a shared vision based on excellence, innovation, and design quality. The new city will span an area of approximately 10 million square feet in the Mirdif area, making it one of the largest urban projects in Dubai.
