Last week the Dubai Financial Market index fell by 0.33 %, equivalent to a 19.91‑point drop, marking its fifth consecutive weekly loss. Despite this, the market cap rose to AED 1.007 trillion, up AED 6 billion from the previous week. DFM trade volume exceeded AED 2.26 billion with about 964 million shares traded, and net foreign inflows reached AED 163.53 million. In Abu Dhabi, the ADX index climbed 0.66 %, closing at 10 032.86 points. Overall market capitalization in Abu Dhabi reached AED 3.168 trillion, up AED 24 billion from the prior week. Key stocks such as Al Khor Marina and Emirates Navigation saw significant gains, while Al Emaar Development showed modest growth. This activity signals growing investor interest in UAE financial instruments.
