Union Properties has announced the launch of 'Murad 2', its newest residential tower within the 'Murad' project, which has a total value of 2 billion dirhams, located in Motor City, Dubai. The company stated that the tower, consisting of a ground floor and 31 upper floors, offers a variety of residential units, including studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with a limited number of luxury loft-style units. According to the company's statement, the Murad project extends over an area of 356.9 thousand square feet.
