During the final week of December through January 4, many hotels operated at full capacity, achieving 100% occupancy. This surge in demand was fueled by a wide array of unique events, entertainment shows, and seasonal festivals that attract an increasing number of tourists each year. Hotel leaders note that strong demand persists not only during the festive season but also in the new year, driven by a growing demand for business tourism and upcoming international conferences and exhibitions. Dubai's success as a tourism hub is attributed to its comprehensive offering, which combines beach tourism, family entertainment, shopping, culture, cuisine, as well as business and MICE tourism.
