On Tuesday, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi announced new initiatives to boost international trade. He emphasized the importance of strengthening economic ties with key partners. According to him, these measures will contribute to the growth of both the country's exports and imports. The minister also added that the government is actively working to create a favorable business environment. "We aim to make the UAE a regional hub for global trade," he stated. These initiatives will include simplifying customs procedures and supporting startups. It is expected that the new measures will take effect in the next quarter.
