The United Arab Emirates have solidified their status as a pivotal player in reshaping the region's transport, trade, and specialized cargo shipping landscape. In 2024, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries invested over $110 billion in developing infrastructure, creating economic zones, and enhancing logistics networks. These transformations are highlighted by the Breakbulk Middle East exhibition and conference, hosted at the Dubai World Trade Centre on February 4-5. The event will bring together a select group of global companies specializing in complex shipping operations for the energy, infrastructure, renewable energy, manufacturing, and mining sectors, alongside project owners and operators.
