The systems of the Federal Tax Authority have obtained two new international accreditations for ISO standards in the fields of 'monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction' and 'public sector procurement'. The Federal Tax Authority received the ISO 10004:2018 certificate for the customer satisfaction monitoring and measurement system, and the BS 95009:2019 certificate for the public sector procurement system. Khalid Ali Al Bastani, Director General of the Federal Tax Authority, received the accreditation certificates during a meeting with representatives of 'Global Business Pyros', a company specializing in inspection, testing, and accreditation, and the regional partner of 'Global TÜV'. He confirmed that obtaining the international accreditations comes as part of the Authority's continuous efforts to enhance its vision as a leading global tax authority by applying best practices and systems.
