Dr. Mohammed Al-Wadi, CEO of 'Harbor Real Estate', tops the list of licensed real estate brokers in Dubai for 2025, according to the 'Dubai REST' app, the official application of the Department. He achieved a 5-star rating, the highest possible. 'Harbor Real Estate' has received the 2025 Gold Rating for the eighth consecutive year from Dubai's Land Department, making it the only real estate company in the history of the UAE to achieve this prestigious accomplishment. This rating is based on a comprehensive evaluation that includes the number and value of real estate transactions, academic and professional efficiency, service quality, real estate innovation, as well as contribution to the community and the real estate sector.
