Mubadala Bio, the national specialized pharmaceutical manufacturing company in the UAE aimed at enhancing the pharmaceutical industry ecosystem in the country, announced the completion of the full acquisition of 'Al Ittihad Pharmaceuticals' and 'Global Medical Supply Chain' from Global One Healthcare Holding, a subsidiary of Yas Holding Group. This follows the initial 80% acquisition completed at the end of 2024.
