The plan aims to enhance Dubai's global tourism infrastructure. The new hotel is located within the Azizi Riviera community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City and is one of ten hotel projects currently underway across various stages, including design, development, and construction. These diverse hotel category projects are executed through the company's integrated capabilities, which combine development, construction, and project management within a single operational framework.
