Emaar Properties has approved the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the 2025 financial year, which ended on December 31. The total distribution will be AED 8.8 billion. This represents 100% of the company's capital, or AED 1 per share. The last day for purchase to be eligible for the dividend is April 2, 2026, with the payment date set for April 6, 2026. The General Assembly also approved a reward for the board of directors, which includes salaries, bonuses, expenses, and fees as stipulated in paragraph 3 (g) (2) and Appendix (D) of the governance report. Consequently, Emaar Properties will inject AED 8.8 billion into the UAE markets starting next month.
