Parkin, the largest provider of designated public vehicle parking facilities in Dubai, has announced the signing of a long-term agreement with Ben Ghali Holding. Under this agreement, Parkin will manage a portfolio of approximately 1,200 parking spaces distributed across several Ben Ghali projects in the areas of Jumeirah Circle, Al Jaddaf, and Dubai Creek Harbour. This partnership embodies Parkin's ongoing strategy to expand its presence in developer-operated parking facilities and increase its operational portfolio across Dubai. It is expected that this agreement will not have a material impact on the company's financial performance. Access to parking at these locations will be fully integrated into Parkin's smart app, enabling customers to manage all parking services through a single digital platform. Customers will also be able to book parking for short or long-term use, including the purchase of seasonal cards and permits with ease and convenience. This digital integration is expected to enhance customer accessibility and improve their overall experience, while also providing strategic opportunities to unlock value from existing assets and underutilized parking, and to support effective mobility solutions for residents and visitors. The project is scheduled to be implemented by the end of the second quarter of 2026 and will involve integrating Parkin's advanced parking technologies with the infrastructure of Ben Ghali's projects, enabling smooth vehicle entry, parking, and exit at approximately 30 locations.
