In a statement, Empower's CEO, Ahmad Bin Shafar, said: 'The launch of the new center reflects our continuous commitment to developing customer services to align with the highest global standards. We have designed this center to be a comprehensive destination that offers an advanced service experience, based on operational efficiency, ease of access, and quick transaction processing.' It is noted that Empower currently serves over 156,000 customers across various areas of Dubai, handling nearly one million transactions annually through its multiple platforms.
