The Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), a specialized free zone under Dubai Integrated Economic Zones (DIEZ), organized an interactive meeting that brought together real estate developers with participants of the Emirati Real Estate Companies Incubator Program. This step reflects DLD's commitment to empowering national talents and integrating them into the real estate sector. The meeting served as a key practical stop in the first phase of the program, focusing on providing a direct platform for dialogue and experience exchange, as well as building quality professional relationships between participants and a select group of developers. This facilitates the participants' transition from the qualification phase to practical application, connecting them with real opportunities in the real estate market and enhancing their readiness to engage in it efficiently and confidently. The Emirati Real Estate Companies Incubator Program falls under the 'Dubai Lands' initiatives and the national 'UAE Capital of World Entrepreneurs' campaign, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The program is implemented in cooperation with strategic partners, including Dubai Silicon Oasis, the New Economy Academy, and Rochester Institute of Technology Dubai. It aims to comprehensively train real estate brokers who are UAE nationals, enabling them to establish and manage their own companies and providing them with a sustainable source of income, thereby strengthening their presence across all segments of the real estate sector. The meeting helped activate the role of developer partners, transforming their commitments into tangible opportunities for participants by providing direct access to projects, data, and marketing opportunities, as well as documenting partnerships and enhancing the level of support from developers, which reflects DLD's role as a key enabler of national talents. In his speech at the event, Badar Bohannad, Director General of Dubai Silicon Oasis, said: 'The Emirati Real Estate Companies Incubator Program is a significant milestone in our journey to empower national talents and qualify them to enter the real estate sector efficiently and capably. What we are building here goes beyond knowledge; it extends to establishing companies that can compete and add genuine value to the market.'
