The Rental Dispute Settlement Center in Dubai has launched advanced digital services aimed at improving litigation services through technology, including a new app and virtual court system to enhance efficiency.

The international center for the licensing of sports arbitration presented its digital services for improving judicial services within the framework of the strategy for the use of technology to enhance the quality and effectiveness of services and striving for leadership in the provision of innovative technological solutions in the field of shipbuilding.

Chairman of the Center for the Licensing of Sports Arbitration Judge Abdulqader Musa noted that a new digital application and digital services have been approved on the Center's website, such as self-submission of requirements for payment for services regarding joint ownership, self-submission of claims for eviction for non-payment of rent, as well as tools such as the rental book, virtual court, and Virtual Court.

Musa emphasized innovative digital services, including the updated mobile application of the Licensing Center for Sports Arbitration (RDC App), which provides services for licensing sports by rental and joint ownership, as well as activates the service 'Proposal on the order of submission,' ensuring easy access to digital services for clients through the Center's website.

Among the main services, self-submission of requirements for payment for services regarding joint ownership is also highlighted, which involves transmitting requests to companies managing real estate in Dubai in case of non-payment by owners of joint ownership. The document issued on blocking in the 'Ejarari' system and in the transaction system to the moment of payment, where blocking occurs automatically.

The virtual court represents high-quality development in conducting court sessions removed from the use of Metaverse technology, which improves efficiency and speed in resolving disputes.

Additionally, the self-service solution involves the use of artificial intelligence for document analysis and deriving decisions on claims for eviction due to non-payment of rent, the rental book service, allowing landlords and tenants to receive information about the rental status from the other side before signing a rental agreement, which facilitates the acceptance of decisions on lease or rental. No less important is the service of virtual court, providing free legal consultations for enhancing the understanding of rental rights through legal procedures.
