
Six companies, including Emaar Properties, Emirates NBD, Dubai Islamic, Salik, Dewa, and Dubai Taxi, purchased 76.4% of the turnover in the Dubai market at the end of trading yesterday. The total trading volume of shares of these six companies amounted to about 254.68 million dirhams, while the overall trading volume in the market reached almost 333.3 million dirhams.
Emaar Properties shares were the most active in the market by trading volume, at about 93.68 million dirhams, increasing by 0.59%. Following them was Emirates NBD with a trading volume of about 70.23 million dirhams, declining by 2.3%, then Dubai Islamic with a trading volume of about 26.39 million dirhams, decreasing by 1.29%.
Salik shares attracted a trading turnover of about 24.61 million dirhams, increasing by 3.22%, followed by Dewa with a trading volume of about 24.13 million dirhams, which decreased by 0.4%, then Dubai Taxi with a trading volume of approximately 15.62 million dirhams, increasing by 1.84%.
The Dubai financial market index fell by 0.04%, reaching a closing mark of 4464 points at the end of trading yesterday. The overall index of the Abu Dhabi financial market (ADX) decreased by 0.098%, reaching a mark of 9195.86 points with a trading volume of 24.02 billion dirhams, including the conclusion of large transactions on the stock "Energy" totaling 22.5 billion dirhams.
