In Dubai, iconic projects continue in the real estate sector, the latest of which is a new residential skyscraper standing 380 meters tall on the Dubai Canal, consisting of 73 floors. The new skyscraper, named "Marbl Vil", developed in partnership with the Spanish RC RAS and Marbella Fifth, represents a combination of traditional Arab architectural style with innovative elements.
Ibrahim Al-Gureir, the executive director of Marbella, noted: "The design of the new skyscraper goes beyond the usual residential buildings, combining in itself the long-term architectural heritage and contemporary innovations, embodying the spirit of Dubai." "Marbl Vil" is located adjacent to the Dubai Canal and Sheikh Zayed Road. The complex will feature 131 residential units, with prices starting from 18 million dirhams.
Rafael Aranda, a partner at RC RAS, noted: "Through 'Marbl Vil', we reflect the nature and culture of Dubai, our goal is to create a residential complex closely connected to its environment, reaching beyond the frameworks of existing skyscrapers." This skyscraper represents a new architectural approach, uniting traditions and modernity.
"Marbl Vil" offers a variety of luxury amenities, including a sports club, restaurant, art hall, tennis court, private conference rooms, and a private cinema, ensuring residents' luxurious and comfortable lifestyle in one of the most dynamic cities in the world. Also in "Marbl Vil" there will be a spa club, executed in the form of a cave under the ground, restaurants, an oasis, under an open sky, and a hidden structure of a cone, reminiscent of sandy dunes, a beachfront amphitheater.
