
"Amali Real Estate Company," specialized in the luxury real estate development sector, announced the commencement of construction work on its new project "Amali Island," located in "The World Islands" near Dubai City. The announcement came during a ceremony attended by its partners, "Daktou for Constructions" and "Van Orde," who operate in the marine construction field.
The company expects to begin foundation work on the project, which has an estimated cost of one billion dirhams in March 2025, and anticipates that "Amali Island" will offer new standards for luxurious living in The World Islands. The project includes 24 luxury villas on the islands of "Oroguay" and "Sao Paulo," where the villas feature a unique marine-facing facade extending 50 meters in length for each villa. It is expected that the project will be fully completed in the first quarter of 2027.
Three luxury villas have been sold at high prices, totaling 400 million dirhams, including a villa "Apathia" priced at approximately 200 million dirhams. Additionally, two units of the "Aria" villas have been sold for 100 million dirhams each.
In a statement, Ali Sijwani, the participating founder and CEO of the company, said: "The announcement of the commencement of work on the 'Amali Island' project is a defining moment that fills us with pride, where we are focusing on achieving the concepts of contemporary luxury tailored to personal preferences, comfort, and refinement, to provide unique experiences of its kind for our clients."
