The company "Nakhil", a subsidiary of "Dubai Holding Real Estate", announced yesterday the launch of its latest luxury residential units in the Palm Jumeirah project, Jebel Ali, through the "Beach Collection". In its statement, the company noted that the new villa group offers a new level of luxury in the heart of one of the most sought-after island destinations in Dubai. These villas are located on the pristine territory away from the luxury Palm Jumeirah. It is expected that the first group of such residential units will be completed by the end of 2027.
