The Department of Land and Real Estate in Dubai reported that funds from the guarantee account are used to pay reports of contractors, consultants, and joint marketing within the framework of the project. Not all expenses related to the project of the contractor can be covered by the guarantee funds.
"We are required to transparently manage the finances of developers and ensure that the guaranteed funds are used only for designated purposes," the Department emphasized.
