Salk reports a 5.1% rise in revenue-generating trips, reaching 355.6 million, with record total revenues of 1.64 billion AED for the first nine months of FY 2024, reflecting strong growth and optimistic forecasts for the future.

The company "Salk" announced a significant financial performance for 9 months, when the number of revenue-generating flights amounted to 355.6 million flights, an increase of 5.1% compared to the previous year, which resulted in a total record revenue of 1.64 billion dirhams.

In a more detailed report, the company specified that revenue from toll road operations accounted for 86.7% of total revenue - growing by 5.1% year-on-year, reaching 1.42 billion dirhams for the period, with a 5.7% increase in the third quarter to 468.4 million dirhams compared to the previous year. During the first 9 months of 2024, net profit after accounting for financial, tax, and amortization expenses amounted to 1.11 billion dirhams, an increase of 8.9%.

The number of active accounts of the company increased by 7.1% to 2.5 million accounts by the end of the third quarter of 2024 compared to 2.3 million accounts the previous year. The company also forecasts maintained growth rates in the next year with an increase in revenue-generating flights expected between 24-25% in the 2025 financial year.

On the backdrop of successful realizations of new solutions for parking in Dubai Mall and the launch of two new tariff gates on November 24, 2024, Matar Al-Tayer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Salk", noted: "The company has achieved strong results in the first nine months of 2024, reflecting the flexibility of our business model and our commitment to meet the growing demand for effective transportation solutions in Dubai." He added that a successful partnership with Emaar for the provision of technological solutions for parking in Dubai Mall helps to diversify the revenue base and improve the financial position of the company.
