The company "Shoba-Al-Aqariya", one of the leading real estate developers in Dubai, announced the launch of a new residential project in the "Mina Rashid" area. The new project, called "La Santisima Trinidad", features a residential complex consisting of two towers each 33 stories high.
Both towers will include more than 500 apartments, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The project will also have commercial spaces and restaurants to ensure maximum comfort for the residents.

Although the completion dates for construction have not yet been announced, preliminary applications for the purchase of apartments in this future complex have already begun.
