UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 to Host Record 114 Teams

The UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 will feature 114 elite teams from 48 countries, held from February 1 to 5 in Dubai. It promises an intense competition with a prize pool of $260,000.


UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 to Host Record 114 Teams

The largest event, UAE SWAT Challenge 2025, will gather 114 elite teams from 48 countries, setting a new record for the number of participants since the global debut of the event in 2019. This year, for the first time, all eight teams of the probation championship will participate, as well as five women's teams and six new participants from police colleges and academies. Each event is designed to test the physical fitness, strategic thinking, and tactical skills of the teams.

UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 will take place from February 1 to 5 at the Al Ruwayyah Training City training base with the support of Dubai Police. The best tactical teams in the world will compete for a prize fund of 260,000 US dollars. With the increased number of participants over the last few years (34 teams in 2022, 55 in 2023, and 73 in 2024), the event has become a significant international interest.

Major General Abdul Ali Al-Ghaithi, Deputy Commander of Operations, noted the impressive growth of the event, stating that it has become the largest of its kind, attracting teams from Asia, Europe, Africa, and America. "UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 has become the largest event of its kind, attracting tactical units from Asia, Europe, Africa, and America," emphasized Major General Al-Ghaithi through WAM. "Its growing global reputation reflects Dubai's prominence in hosting international events."

The competition represents a testing ground for participants in five specialized events: Tactical training, Assault training, Rescue operations for officers, High-altitude training, and Obstacles.
