The event "Annual Staff Meeting 2024" was organized by the Dubai Women's Foundation as part of an initiative to recognize their employees and highlight their key role in achieving quality results in the past year.

The General Director of the Foundation, Naima Akhli, emphasized the exceptional efforts of employees during the 2024 year, contributing to strengthening the Foundation's position as one of the leading governmental organizations in the world in supporting women, professional and career development, and also preparing a prospective female leadership team.

She noted that thanks to the support and vision of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as well as the efforts of Sheikh Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the Emirates Council for Gender Equality and President of the Dubai Women's Foundation, the Foundation aims to achieve significant results in 2024, expanding its influence on the international level and creating new opportunities for women's success.

The Foundation expressed its interest in creating a positive working environment for employees, incentivizing them to achieve outstanding results, and innovating to continue the successful path in supporting women over the course of two decades through leadership and influential programs.

Among the activities of the "Annual Staff Meeting," discussions were held on the Foundation's main achievements in 2024, including the launch of initiatives to support the mental health of women, their participation in the economy and entrepreneurship, as well as organizing educational programs for developing professional and leadership skills in accordance with the guidelines of Sheikh Manal bint Mohammed.
