Yesterday at the library of Muhammad bin Rashid a evening was held under the title "Musical Theater: the Rahbani Brothers as a Model". As part of the event, Marwan Rahbani was invited, who talked about the creativity of the Rahbani brothers and their extraordinary musical legacy. After the discussion, a musical concert took place, where the choir "Sharkiyat" participated, igniting the atmosphere in front of a large audience at the main theater of the Muhammad bin Rashid library.

Present at the evening was Yasser al-Karkavi, the head of the National Theater of Dubai, and the composer Marwan Rahbani, who discussed the phenomenal legacy of the Rahbani brothers and their revolution in Arabic musical theater, combining in themselves music, poetry, and scenic art. The discussions touched on the establishment of musical theater and the influence of the Lebanese environment on the Rahbani's creativity, as well as highlighted key moments of their creative path, starting from their first productions and ending with grand musical spectacles reflecting the questions of Arab society with an acclaimed artistic vision.

During the evening, archival materials from the Rahbani's creativity were showcased, demonstrating the potential of Mansour and Asi in creating musical drama, which combines in itself tradition and innovation. The event was organized in the context of celebrating the anniversary of Mansour Rahbani's birthday, a renowned significant figure in the development of Arabic musical theater and artistic vision, integrating traditions with modernity.

Marwan Rahbani noted that such an event at the Muhammad bin Rashid library represents a remarkable step for highlighting the development of the Rahbani in musical theater, adding that the idea of starting the celebrations of Mansour Rahbani's anniversary in Beirut was completed in Dubai, organizing such a magnificent event. He also expressed hope for the revival of musical theater in the center of attention and the creation of new productions.

Concluding the evening, the musical concert featuring the choir "Sharkiyat" presented the best songs of Fayrouz, including "Jina ad-Dar Ya Ahl ad-Dar", "Emirates", "Ya akid al-Hajbai", "Kanwa Ya Habibi", "Habibatak Tansit an-Navm", "Akher ayyam as-Saifia" and others.

The organizers highlighted the high quality of the art during the discussions and musical performance, which drew notable attention from the public, expressing their appreciation for the unique artistic legacy.
