During the upcoming event, the role of the UAE will be marked as a center for international innovations in the field of food production and trade, and esteemed representatives and visible personalities, who laid the foundation for the development of a platform that facilitates commercial cooperation, global economic investment, and the creation of long-term partnerships, — commented Trixie Low-Mirmand, Executive Vice-President of Dubai World Trade Center.

The united leaders of the industry, enabling trade and inspiring strategic thinking, Gulfood is an authoritative platform for the exchange of innovations in the food production sector and the growth of trade around the world. Within the exhibition halls, the USA, France, Brazil, the UK, India, Singapore, Japan, and Australia will be presented, and for the first time, companies from Kosovo, Madagascar, Mauritius, and Zambia will participate.

"Gulfood takes place in Dubai and the UAE thanks to favorable transformations and the status of a global epicenter, and for 30 years of its existence, it has strengthened its position in the global culinary arena as a primary venue for industry specialists to connect, conclude trade deals, and establish food trends for the future," noted Trixie Low-Mirmand in a comment.

The economic impact of Gulfood is significant, with the trade deals estimated at approximately $20 billion over the course of 5 days, accounting for 1% of global trade in food products and beverages. At Gulfood 2025, more than 1 million products will be presented from over 5,500 participants from 129 countries, including large multinational companies and startups in the food industry.

The annual event offers a comprehensive array of exclusive programs, including the Food500 Summit, where global leaders converge to make decisions in the food products sector, discussing key issues of international trade, investment strategies, trends, growth opportunities, transformations under the influence of artificial intelligence, regulatory norms, ecological issues, health and welfare, as well as socio-economic challenges affecting global food security.
