Expected to host over 8,000 attendees, 200+ speakers, and an impressive $9 billion USD fund presence, Step Dubai 2025 solidifies its position as the primary platform for innovation, collaboration, and investment within the tech sphere. Commemorating Dubai Internet City's 25 years of fostering digital transformation, this edition introduces five new thematic tracks aimed at exploring the most influential trends shaping the future of technology.
Among the thematic tracks highlighted for Step Dubai 2025: Founders & Funders, AdTech 2.0, PropTech, AI Agents, LLMs & Cloud, and FinTech for SMBs. The PropTech track, particularly, showcases AI-powered real estate solutions, blockchain transactions, and smart urban development, outlining a commitment to advancing real estate technology by Dubai Internet City and Dubai Land Department.
Majida Ali Rashid, CEO of the Real Estate Development Sector at Dubai Land Department, emphasized Dubai's reputation as a global innovation hub, stating that the department remains at the forefront of PropTech advancement to create an integrated digital ecosystem in alignment with their vision. Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President of Commercial at TECOM Group and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City, highlighted the role of entrepreneurs and innovators in driving the future of technology.
