Azizi Developments, a prominent private developer in the UAE, is preparing to officially launch the sales of Burj Azizi, the world's second-tallest tower, reaching an impressive height of 725 meters on a prime plot of land along Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road. The grand sales event is scheduled to take place at the Coca Cola Arena in City Walk on February 18th, with American singer Jennifer Lopez set to headline the event that expects over 15,000 attendees.

The ultra-luxury residences in the tower will start at AED 10,000 per square foot, setting new industry benchmarks with its world-class amenities and remarkable features.
Burj Azizi will not only be the world's second-tallest tower but also the only freehold property along Sheikh Zayed Road. The development will feature a vertical retail center, a luxury ballroom, a beach club, observation deck, adrenaline zone, and a range of high-end dining options, offering an unparalleled living experience. Upon completion, the tower is poised to set numerous world records, including the highest hotel lobby, nightclub, observation deck, restaurant, and hotel room in Dubai.
The extensive amenities of Burj Azizi will include wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini markets, resident lounges, and a children's play area, catering to the diverse needs of its residents. The sales launch event, scheduled to be completed by 2028, will introduce suites, penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes priced between AED 10,000 and AED 17,000 per square foot. The tower's design will also feature an all-suite seven-star hotel inspired by seven cultural themes, adding a unique touch to the luxurious development.
