
Under the patronage of the President of the Al-Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai, Jumeirah Al-Majid, the 19th course on library science and informatics was completed, which took place at the headquarters of the center in Dubai.
The course was organized under the title "The Library of the World: the Future of Digital Knowledge" and lasted for two weeks, with the participation of 36 students from governmental and private institutions.
The course was led by specialists from the center, and above them was the leader of the technical processing and storage department of the center, Riyad Taher Radwan.
It should be noted that the center annually organizes a number of free specialized courses, such as courses on library science, manuscript studies, restoration, electronic archiving, and others.
