The Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Dubai is organizing a one-day special service on May 31, 2025, specifically for Filipinos employed in schools and related educational services in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The initiative targets various professionals, such as teachers, assistants, bus supervisors, cleaners, messengers, babysitters, and nannies working in educational institutions. This service is strategically scheduled before the school break in the UAE, slated between July and August.
MWO-Dubai aims to assist around 300 clients during this special one-day service, scheduled from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Only individuals with confirmed online appointments will be attended to. The services offered will include contract verification, OWWA membership and renewal, as well as registration support for SSS and Pag-IBIG. This assistance extends to individuals whose visas were issued in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.
To secure an appointment, interested individuals can book online through the provided link. The complete list of requirements is available on the MWO-Dubai website at www.mwodubai.org. Additionally, workers can seek guidance through the Assistance to Nationals desk. Those whose visas or Emirates ID are not directly sponsored by the school should furnish evidence of employment, such as a company ID or employment certificate.
