During the ceremony, which took place with direct transmission from the construction site of the project in the Dubai Marina area, the engineering team responsible for the completed work announced the commencement of construction, confirming "Bin Ghatti"’s commitment to its status as the fastest-growing developer in the UAE and announcing the completion of the project by May 2027 in accordance with the highest quality and accuracy standards.
The "Bin Ghatti AquaRise" project is one of the leading residential complexes in Dubai, with its architectural design inspired by the fluidity of water movement to reflect the beauty of nature and the elegance of contemporary architecture. The complex includes diverse residential units ranging in size from studios to four-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive apartments with coral reefs, presenting new horizons of luxury living.
