As part of the third day of the "Aeroports 2025" exhibition, the events of the "Women in Aviation - Near East" conference concluded.
The events discussed current issues related to the participation of women in the aviation industry, their roles and future development perspectives. During the conference, studies related to the participation of women in aviation were presented, as well as experiences of successful women leaders in this field.
Special attention was paid to the issues of gender equality and creating equal opportunities for women in the aviation industry. Suggestions were made in the speeches regarding measures to support women, their career growth, and the creation of a favorable working environment.
At the concluding stage of the conference, the results were discussed and recommendations were presented for further promoting the participation of women in the aviation sector, which would allow for the creation of a more diverse and effective working environment in this field.
