The organizing committee of the 'Meltaj Faris Atiket' festival was established by the national authorities to the second stage of the reconstruction of the Meropriyatiya, which consists of 7 and 8 November in Dubai under the 'Mukhlimun' ('Rising'). The new season is continued by the first Arab initiatives, providing an education of the 'etiketa and protocol', which was already recommended as a mass project not only in the region of Blizhny Vostok, but also for its leaders.
The program is designed for the formation of a young Arab world of competent personnel in key sectors of the modern economy, including diplomacy, media, and corporate leadership. Participants are expected to undergo an intensive educational trajectory, studying theoretical issues with practical cases.
