The Dubai Women's Foundation concluded the second edition of the 'Future Women Leaders' program, launched in collaboration with the UK's Hult International Business School. This initiative is part of its efforts to hone the leadership skills of Emirati women across various sectors and prepare them for the future, embodying the vision of the wise leadership and the great importance it places on investing in human capital as a cornerstone for continuing the journey of sustainable development and consolidating the country's leading position globally.

The program targets Emirati women leaders in mid-management positions. In its second edition, held from November 10 to 14 of this year, 27 leaders participated, who actively engaged in workshops and interactive lectures presented by experts from Hult International Business School. The focus was on developing leadership skills and strategic thinking that help establish a motivating work environment and improve the performance and productivity of organizations through innovative teams.

Naima Ahli, Executive Director of the Dubai Women's Foundation, congratulated the participants, wishing them success and benefit from the program's content, which would positively reflect on their professional careers and their organizations. She noted that the program embodies the sustainable support provided by the Dubai government to women and their qualification for future leadership positions efficiently, highlighting the active role of specialized training programs provided by the Dubai Women's Foundation in partnership with reputable local and international institutions in executive education and leadership programs.

She praised the efforts and initiatives of the wife of the Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the Presidential Court, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and President of the Dubai Women's Foundation, Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aimed at enhancing the professional and leadership capabilities of the Emirati woman, confirming that these efforts contribute to achieving the vision of the wise leadership in providing a global model of sustainable development based on diversity and equal opportunities.

On the final day of the program's second edition, a panel discussion titled 'Leadership with a Loud Voice: The Power of Purpose' was held, featuring three inspiring women leaders from different fields: Marcela Sancho, Co-Founder and CEO of 'House of Pobs,' a world-renowned Costa Rican entrepreneur in the healthy food sector; Zohra Lari, CEO of Emirates Ski Club and Chair of the Skiing Committee in the UAE Winter Sports Federation; and Megan Britten Adams, VP of Strategic Partnerships at 'Professional Dot Me,' an AI-powered talent platform.

The discussion addressed the importance of building a leadership culture where purpose aligns with performance, contributing to establishing strong foundations for sustainable impact. The speakers shared their insights drawn from their experiences as entrepreneurs and executive directors. The session also served as a vital platform for exploring the influence of strategic leadership skills on high levels of corporate performance and meaningful transformation within teams.
