In Dubai, a city racing towards the future, a restaurant has opened that offers visitors an unprecedented experience starring, according to its founders, the world's first artificial intelligence chef. It arouses visitors' curiosity and sparks debate about the expansion of technology into fields where human creativity competes. Located near the Burj Khalifa, the restaurant 'Waho' features a large cylindrical metal structure at its center that lights up in various colors, generating virtual worlds with AI during meals. The dishes are created by 'Chef Ayman', Turkish chef Serhat Karaveli, who explains that his role is in cooking and final plating. However, he adds, 'Sometimes Chef Ayman and I disagree... for instance, if I taste a dish and find it too spicy, I discuss it with him... and we find the right balance'. The manager of Waho restaurant and one of its founders, Ahmad Shakar, predicts that 'Chef Ayman' will be like Gordon Ramsay (the famous British chef) but in an AI version. The smart chef model is trained on decades of research in cooking and molecular gastronomy, as well as thousands of recipes, to invent curious dishes. Leading the innovations of 'Chef Ayman' is the 'raw dinosaur steak'. He created a fictional genetic map of a herbivorous dinosaur to identify available ingredients in the present that mimic the taste of the extinct creature. Turkish visitor Evy Ongunlu said the taste of the 'dinosaur tartare' was a complete surprise, adding that when looking at the names of some dishes on the menu, 'it's impossible to imagine their taste'. The restaurant did not reveal the tartare recipe, but it tasted like a mixture of different types of raw meat.
