The '1billion acts of Kindness' campaign, which is the world's largest community movement, was launched on November 7 of last year by MrBeast, who has over 873 million followers on social media and whose videos get over 62 billion views annually, by launching a challenge to all content creators around the world to launch a billion community and impactful acts in communities in all countries, with the aim of turning individual actions into a global humanitarian movement. The participation involves content creators sending in videos they produce related to community work and creating a positive impact, starting from volunteering locally to supporting global causes. The entries were received until December 1 of last year. The campaign received over 170,000 community and humanitarian acts that garnered over 100 million views in three weeks. After evaluating the works by the Billion Followers Summit, the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktum Global Initiatives Foundation, the Varkey Foundation, and the 'Best Industries' company team, the 10 global content creators who will lead the global community movement with MrBeast were chosen. The selection was based on originality, the power of storytelling, creativity, and positive impact. The charitable and humanitarian works received by the campaign included: volunteering to help the needy, the elderly, people of determination, and the homeless; organizing community services; raising awareness about social issues and associations working in this field; organizing donation campaigns and planting trees; as well as facilitating others' access to skills and knowledge through workshops and other humanitarian issues.
