Al Oula Radio Launches 'Kaila Jawazat Dubai' Program for Ramadan

For the fourth consecutive year, 'Al Oula' radio, affiliated with the Hamdan bin Mohammed Centre for Heritage Revival, continues to present the 'Kaila Jawazat Dubai' program, an interactive platform that combines knowledge, institutional dialogue, and community communication. The program is broadcast daily throughout the holy month of Ramadan from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, presented by journalist Salem Mohammed. This year, the program features renewed content that reflects the evolution of the experience, hosting a select group of officials from various government entities to showcase their roles in serving the community and highlighting efforts to improve government performance and service quality. Through direct dialogues, the program places the listener at the heart of the government scene. 'Kaila Jawazat Dubai' focuses on key themes, including government excellence, service development, and digital transformation, while also showcasing models of cooperation between Dubai's General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs and its government partners within an integrated framework that reflects the social dimension of government work. This contributes to enhancing performance and achieving a tangible positive impact on community life. The program not only showcases institutional efforts but also provides the community with an active space for dialogue, emphasizing the role of individuals in fostering cooperation between government entities and society. It motivates citizens and residents to engage with and participate in community initiatives, contributing to improving the quality of life and fostering a sense of shared responsibility. During its episodes, the program hosted Dubai's Director General of Municipality, Marwan bin Galita, who affirmed that municipal work is based on an integrated system that brings together all concerned parties to provide suitable housing and enhance the quality of life, driven by a vision that places people at the core of policies and services. The program also welcomed Dubai's Director General of Community Development, Hessa Bu Humaid, who confirmed that the entity continues to implement community programs and initiatives aimed at supporting families, enhancing social cohesion, and providing social services that improve the quality of life within a framework of coordination and integration with government entities. She noted that these efforts have yielded positive results, including a 95% customer satisfaction rate and the receipt of 11 local and international awards. Through its format and content, 'Kaila Jawazat Dubai' underscores the pivotal role of media in conveying government messages, promoting transparency, and building bridges of communication between institutions and the public. This contributes to supporting collaborative government work and achieving sustainable development goals. The program also offers valuable daily cash prizes, a weekly draw on Thursdays, and a grand prize draw for a car at the end of Ramadan, adding a distinctive interactive dimension and cementing its status as one of the leading Ramadan broadcasts on 'Al Oula' radio.
